PRE PURCHASE CONTRACT REVIEW
Purchasing property can be a challenging experience for many individuals. Even seasoned investors may encounter difficulties when navigating a contract of sale and a Section 32 statement. Two Options

The 'Free Overview' option - We offer a basic free overview of the contract format and Section 32, which will be sent to your email address.
The "Detailed Written Report" - Requires payment in advance before the report is generated. It typically requires 1-3 hours to compile and reference all aspects of the contract outlined in Section 32 in plain English. This report may address how specific conditions in the contract can impact you, along with recommendations for removing certain elements of the contract and adding new conditions. You will have peace of mind after reading the report and be better equipped to make a more informed decision regarding your offer to the owner, knowing that you have a fully licensed and experienced conveyancer by your side.
Costing
'Free Overview' - It is precisely that.
'Detailed Written Review' - The cost is $275 for a contract of up to 150 pages. $325 for a contract of up to 200 pages. $400 for contracts exceeding 200 pages.
Rebate Available
If you successfully accept our offer and subsequently engage us for the conveyancing work, we will refund you $50 from the 'Detailed Written Review' upon settlement.
