Fully licensed conveyancer vs provisionally licensed

A fully licensed conveyancer and 'provisionally licensed' conveyancer is vastly different. Full has the same power and recognition under the Legal Professional Act (same as a Solicitor!) That means we can do all the legal work associated with Conveyancing. Most others can't and will have to get someone to do it for them, who will in turn charge you for their legal work. So you get a 'Licensed Conveyancer' half the price of a solicitor but twice as good as a 'back yarder' or non licensed Conveyancer, plus we are licensed to and operate a Trust Account.
