Ashley Clarke (Owner & Fully Licensed Conveyancer)

Ashley has been 'Conveyancing' for over 17 years and has a wealth of experience and knowledge. He is very experienced in a vast array of Conveyancing work from a land purchase to a multi stage subdivision. Ashley is continually overseeing all work and monitoring staff to bring out their best and is actively involved in any situation of any difficulty. Even though Ashley can give 'legal advice' (in accordance with the Conveyancers Act 2006) he also retains a solicitor as a backup for his clients.

Cathy is also an experienced operator who is absolutely dedicated to the interest of her clients. She is pleasant, reliable and efficient in providing great customer service and is always looking out for the welfare of her clients. Cathy is also contactable by phone or email for all her clients.

Jane (Conveyancer)

Jane has over 8 years experience in Conveyancing and brings a plethora of knowledge and ability to Low Cost Conveyancing. Primarily Jane deals with the preparation of Section 32's and contracts for clients selling needs. Her eye for detail and ability to complete Auction Contracts and Section 32 statements in record time has clients coming back again and again.

Ambyre (Customer Service)

Ambyre works in reception and is usually the first voice heard when calling our busy office. Ambyre will quickly decipher the callers needs and then quickly direct them to the most appropriate person in the office to assist with the enquiry. Should you personally attend our office, Ambyre will usually be the person who greets you and assists with your enquiry.

Fran (Customer Service)

Your first friendly point of contact will probably be Fran who is well trained with initially assisting with your query of which she will ask pertinent questions to quickly and efficiently be able to best direct your call.

If you come into the office Fran is usually the first to welcome you and offer face to face assistance.

Ricci

Ricci is an admin assistant to the Conveyancers at the office and your calls may be directed to her to assist during the transaction. Ricci is Cathy's direct assistant and will endeavor to help and assist you should Ashley, Cathy or Jane be busy.
